Full Time Production Staff

We’re hiring! We have many exciting projects on the horizon like new models, further hardware developments, and most importantly – more custom orders to build than ever. We are very grateful to continually expand our mission of building high performance composite custom guitars to the highest standards, and as such our close-knit team continues to grow.

Aristides Guitars is looking to hire a new Full Time Production Staff member. This is an in-person position at our Haarlem production facility; remote work is not available. Full Time Production Staff are responsible for our core production process; everything that constitutes the daily production of Aristides Guitars from start to finish. It’s a flexible position that can result in your placement in various parts of that process depending on your prior experience. What’s most important is your attention to detail and ability to work closely with a passionate team. 

Job Details

Responsibilities: 

Our core production process includes working with composites, sanding/lacquering, CNC milling, and assembly/electronics activities. Depending on your skillset and prior experience you could work in one, or multiple, of these departments.

Your Profile:

  • You have experience with skilled manual labour. 
  • You’re precise and always try to execute a task in the best way possible.
  • You’re disciplined and enjoy operating within a team.
  • You’re constantly looking to challenge and improve yourself.
  • Preferably already located in the Amsterdam/Haarlem area. (please note we can’t facilitate relocation)
