Jens Riis Baalkilde serves as the guitarist and self-proclaimed technical genius of the Copenhagen-based progressive metal band, Feather Mountain. In his pursuit of crafting progressive music with a robust melodic core, Jens relies on the outstanding playability and consistently great sound of Aristides Guitars as his instrument of choice.
Feather Mountain released their second album “To Exit A Maelstrom” in 2022.,Post-release, the band embarked on a series of noteworthy performances, including their first international appearances at ProgPower Europe 2022 and Euroblast Festival 2023, their first major festival appearance at Roskilde Festival 2023, a tour in Denmark in support of the album, as well as performances with Danish metal acts MØL and VOLA.
