Bio
Dave is a California-born guitarist, and currently plays in the San Francisco Bay Area deathcore band Deadringer. He has been playing guitar since he was seven, and has been utterly obsessed with heavy music ever since. Despite his addiction to down-tuned chugs, Dave also loves to blend his diverse background in rap, jazz, and neo-soul into heavy music to create melodically interesting and engaging compositions. He formed Deadringer in 2022, with the goal of blending modern metal elements into the classic deathcore sound on which he and his bandmates grew up. Deadringer is currently carving up the Bay Area scene, building a reputation for their crushing riffs and technical guitar compositions. Dave solely uses his Aristides guitars not-only for their consistency in the studio and on stage, but also for their eye-catching finishes. Deadringer will be releasing their first EP in 2025, stay tuned!
